Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients for the business and the achievement of the revenue targets for assigned territory. The role also includes relationship management with the new & existing client to ensure a future association. The candidate should have experience in SAAS based or cloud-based selling / HR Solutions / Concept Sale. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own end-to-end sales cycles of Konverz AI's cutting-edge SaaS platform—from lead generation to closure. 
  • Develop and execute territory-wise strategic account plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 
  • Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities in enterprise and mid-market segments. 
  • Build long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, HR leaders, and decision-makers. 
  • Deliver high-impact product demos, proposals, and pitches that clearly articulate value and ROI. 
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align client objectives and internal efforts. 
  • Maintain meticulous updates of sales activity and pipeline management in CRM tools. 
  • Monitor competitive landscape and stay up to date on market trends in AI, HRTech, and digital transformation. 

 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/technology; MBA is preferred. 
  • 3–4 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRTech, cloud-based platforms, or AI-driven solutions. 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets in high-growth environments. 
  • Strong consultative skills and solution-driven mindset. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. 
  • A self-starter with a hunger to scale business and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setup.
