Role Overview

Strategic Partnership Sales Manager

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role suited to someone who thrives in building global relationships, crafting joint value propositions, and converting partnerships into measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Development & Ecosystem Growth

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard

    strategic technology and non-technology partners

    (e.g., HR tech, AI, learning, consulting, and enterprise platforms).
  • Develop

    joint go-to-market (GTM)

    models, integration plans, and revenue-sharing frameworks.
  • Lead end-to-end partner lifecycle management outreach, negotiation, enablement, and governance.

2. Solutioning & Sales Enablement

  • Translate Konverz AI's behavioral-science-driven capabilities into

    co-branded solutions

    aligned to partner portfolios.
  • Co-design

    enterprise proposals, demos, and pilot programs

    with partners to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Consulting teams to build

    customized industry solutions

    (e.g., Talent Intelligence + Learning Analytics, AI Hiring Suite, Behavioral Coaching Platform).

3. Revenue Ownership & Pipeline Management

  • Own revenue targets from partnership channels and

    joint solution sales

    .
  • Establish

    partner-driven pipeline metrics, forecasting, and deal tracking

    through CRM tools.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key global partners to drive performance alignment.

4. Market Intelligence & Success Stories

  • Track emerging HR tech and AI ecosystem trends to identify new collaboration opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing to develop

    partner success stories

    and co-authored thought-leadership content.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 58 years of experience in

    B2B

    Partnership Sales, Strategic Alliances, or Enterprise SaaS Sales

    , ideally in

    HR Tech, AI solutions, or Consulting partnerships

    .
  • Demonstrated success in

    building multi-country or cross-industry partnership ecosystems

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    HR tech, learning, or talent intelligence domains

    preferred.
  • Excellent

    consultative selling, solutioning, and negotiation skills

    .
  • Proven ability to collaborate with C-level stakeholders, technology leaders, and business consultants.
  • Global exposure and comfort working across different time zones and markets.
