Job Description

Sales Manager (Enterprise SaaS)


What you’ll do

  • Own

    end-to-end enterprise sales cycles

    – from lead gen to closure.
  • Deliver high-impact

    demos & proposals

    to CHROs/HR leaders.
  • Develop

    account plans & territory strategies

    to achieve revenue targets.
  • Respond to

    RFPs

    , lead negotiations, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales & CS for seamless delivery.
  • Act as

    backup to Sales Lead

    for large enterprise accounts.


What we’re looking for

  • 4–5 yrs in

    Enterprise SaaS / HR Tech sales

    .
  • Proven record of

    solution-based selling

    to CHROs/VP HR.
  • Strong network with HR leaders in India/SEA.
  • Ability to manage

    long, complex sales cycles

    .
  • Reporting to Sales Head (Associate Director)
