Key Responsibilities: Sales Support : Assist in identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting outreach efforts. Lead Generation : Conduct research, help build prospect lists, and support cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls. Product Understanding : Learn and articulate the value proposition of Konverz AI products during introductory conversations and internal presentations. Customer Interaction : Participate in calls or demos with sales leads to understand client requirements and shadow live interactions. Data Management : Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system and help track engagement activities. Reporting : Help prepare sales reports, analyze trends, and highlight lead performance metrics. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaign execution and event follow-ups. Market Research : Support competitive analysis and stay updated with industry trends and AI-based solution adoption in HR. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Interest in B2B sales, technology products, or SaaS solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with research, outreach, and CRM tools (training will be provided). Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity about AI, HR tech, and innovation in the workplace. Preferred Qualifications: Prior internship or academic projects in sales, marketing, or business development. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business/technology; MBA is preferred. 3–4 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRTech, cloud-based platforms, or AI-driven solutions. Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets in high-growth environments. Strong consultative skills and solution-driven mindset. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
