Role Description:

• This full-time, on-site Strategic Account Manager position requires proven experience specifically in the cement, metal, or chemical industries.
• The successful candidate will partner closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and maximize the value they derive from Covacsis' solutions.
• Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, delivering exceptional service, understanding and addressing client needs, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.​
• On-site experience in cement, metal, or chemical industries, including production environments, technical teams, or centers of excellence
