Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager based in Mumbai. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and optimize their experience with Covacsis' solutions. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, delivering high-quality customer service, analyzing client needs, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying areas for business growth. The role also includes gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Customer-related skills: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to interpret customer data and deliver insights
Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
Ability to manage client relationships and maintain long-term customer partnerships
Proficiency in collaborative tools, CRM platforms, and data analysis software is a plus
Experience in process or manufacturing industries is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
