Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will ensure customer satisfaction, manage accounts, address customer service inquiries, and maintain effective communication with clients. The role involves analyzing customer needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with Parrot CTFs' platform and services.
