Divami Design Labs is a leading design-led product engineering firm specializing in building impactful tech products through the seamless fusion of design, engineering, and AI capabilities. With a growing portfolio of strategic clients, we’re seeking a dedicated professional to help us maximize the potential of our key accounts.


We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to manage and grow relationships with Divami’s top-tier Independent Software Vendor (ISV) clients. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering trust, understanding client needs, and driving account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and consultative engagement. This role is pivotal in aligning Divami’s services with client goals, delivering measurable value, and exceeding revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities


Account Growth & Client Relationship:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow ISV account revenues.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client goals. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level and senior executives. Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align Divami’s offerings with client priorities.


Strategic Planning:

  • Leverage market trends, competitor insights, and client data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Forecast account metrics, including revenue and renewal rates, and report progress to leadership.
  • Bring thought leadership to clients, showcasing industry insights and best practices.


Metrics and Reporting:

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and client satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy to track activities and opportunities effectively.


Requirements and Key skills


  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years experience in IT services with at least 3+ years experience in Enterprise Account Management, with a proven track record of driving growth in ISV or technology-related accounts.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital transformation solutions for ISVs.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build business cases, and close complex sales deals within existing accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and nurture strong client relationships with C-level and senior executives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to craft and execute account strategies aligned with client business goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to forecast, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields. MBA preferred.
