Position Overview: Sales Manager The Jewellery Sales Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the jewellery sales department, driving revenue growth, and managing a team of sales professionals. This position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in jewellery sales, a proven track record of leadership, and a strategic approach to achieving sales targets and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets in alignment with the company's overall business objectives. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and associates, providing guidance, support, and training to optimize performance, foster a culture of excellence, and maximize productivity. Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, establish KPIs and sales targets for individuals and the team, track performance against goals, and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement. Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic partners, leveraging these connections to identify sales opportunities, secure large orders, and enhance customer loyalty. Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities, anticipate challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in jewellery sales, with a proven track record of leadership, sales management, and achieving revenue targets in a retail or wholesale environment. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members, lead by example, and foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Sales Expertise: Expert knowledge of jewellery products, industry trends, sales techniques, and customer preferences, coupled with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive results.
