Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic and international travel packages. The role involves handling customer enquiries, explaining itineraries, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online travel enquiries
• Explain tour packages, itineraries, inclusions, and pricing
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Prepare basic quotations and follow up with clients
• Coordinate with operations team for bookings and confirmations
• Upsell add-ons such as hotels, sightseeing, transfers, insurance
• Maintain customer data and sales records
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
• Interest in travel, tourism, and customer interaction
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM preferred)
• Good negotiation and convincing skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers are welcome
• Candidates with 2 years experience in travel sales/tourism preferred
• Male/Female candidates both can apply

Working Hours

• As per company policy (flexibility during peak season may be required)

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
