Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Tele Caller / Travel Sales Executive to handle travel inquiries, promote tour packages, and convert leads into bookings. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for travel and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
• Handle inbound calls and travel-related inquiries
• Explain domestic & international tour packages, hotels, flights, visas, and holiday deals
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options
• Generate quotations and follow up with customers for booking confirmation
• Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets
• Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations
• Maintain daily call reports and lead status in CRM/Excel
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Tourism background preferred)
• Good communication skills in Marathi, English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations is an advantage
• Sales-oriented mindset with convincing skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections politely
• Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, and basic computer usage
