Position Overview
We’re searching for a
Senior HR Business Partner
to join our
People team
in
Bengaluru
location. What You’ll Do
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders, and teams to develop strategies that drive talent (or team member) productivity and retention. Ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Employee Engagement: Ensure leaders understand the value and impact they have on increasing employee engagement to drive business results. Implement and support company-wide employee engagement initiatives, localizing them as needed.
- Modify and implement talent strategies to enhance the org culture, and create sustained solutions to talent related opportunities and challenge
- Global HR Collaboration: Work with HR teams worldwide to manage key HR functions such as talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, compensation and rewards, and career development
- Coaching: Advise & guide leaders on leading teams, performance management, organizational design,employee allocation, and succession planning
- Performance Analysis:Analyze performance metrics & Provide guidance on organizational design, restructuring and workforce planning, including communications and change management support in partnership with leaders & managers
- Learning & Development: Collaborate with business leaders and Learning & Development to build competency & implement training initiatives that address skill gaps, foster team member development and align with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Compensation and Rewards: In collaboration with the Director, HR and the Sr Director, Compensation & People Operations, oversee employee rewards and compensation programs, including salary increments and bonuses, to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Analyze business metrics: In partnership with the Regional HR Leadership Team, analyze business metrics to identify and prioritize HR-re lated opportunities that provide value to the organization.
We’re Excited To Learn More About You
- Experience: 15+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist with successful track record of working in a dynamic, environment that is results oriented, Collaborative & employee centric. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including performance management, talent development, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, and federal and state respective employment laws
- Experience working with stakeholders in driving initiative of career growth & development initiatives
- Experience with one or more HRIS systems, experience with UKG/UltiPro a plus
- Successful track record of working and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment that is results oriented and collaborative
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with leaders
- Skilled at simultaneously managing both strategic initiatives and the execution of day-to-day deliverables
- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
- Experience in a software or tech firm, supporting product development & onsite offshore delivery
You May Have Other Skills Or Credentials, Including
- Business Acumen: Insight of business unit internal workings and the external business environment to improve the talent related outcomes that affect business unit performance
- Strategic HR Knowledge: Knowledge of employee branding, engagement, performance management, and talent development to provide strategic solutions
- Transactional HR Knowledge: Knowledge of legal and HR processes to resolve problems
- Managing Change: Designing, communicating and operationalizing change in organizations to enhance likelihood of success
- Organizational Design: Crafting more effective organizations through restructuring reporting relationships, job responsibilities, and individual and team roles
- Problem Solving: Uses data analysis, process improvement techniques and/or deductive reasoning skills to solve problems
- Service Orientation/Client Focus: Anticipates client needs and defines value of service from the point of view of the client
- Collaboration – Effectively works and collaborates with others toward a common goal; considers the needs and concerns of all affected groups; builds and leverages relationships across functions and organizations to achieve business results; constructively deals with conflict
- Communication – Writes and presents effectively; tailors message to the audience; possesses skills of diplomatic persuasion; skilled in interacting effectively with courtesy and tact; excellent executive presence
