We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in payments processing and processor integrations to lead and manage payment-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the end-to-end payment flow, including authorization, capture, and settlement processes, and have an in-depth understanding of payment industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Drive the product roadmap for payments processing and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve payment solutions. Ensure smooth integration with payment processors and manage workflows around auth/capture/settle flows. Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, including PCI. Monitor and resolve issues related to payment processing, including chargebacks, refunds, voids, and reconciliations. Work closely with payment processors, gateways, acquirers, and other key players in the payments ecosystem. Qualifications Proven experience with payment processing, preferably in roles involving processor integrations. Strong understanding of payment workflows, including authorization, settlements, and reconciliation. Familiarity with PCI compliance standards. Strong knowledge of industry keywords such as acquirer, gateway, interchange, payment facilitator (PayFac), ACH, NACHA, chargebacks, refunds, and voids. Preferred Skills Experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with attention to detail for resolving payment issues.
