Open door and highly ethical work culture, with due accountability. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics professional in the FP&A divisions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data modeling, data analysis, management reporting, understanding of financial numbers, hands-on-experience in automation tools and usage of Power Queries, Power BI or Microsoft Fabrics, SQL, understanding of budgeting, and forecasting processes. This role is crucial for providing insights that support our business decisions, driving improvements in financial processes, and collaborating with onshore stakeholders. Responsibilities: Technical Knowledge: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets Develop a team of 3-5 analysts, guiding their growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual results. Analyze financial performance, highlighting trends, variances, and insights/story for stakeholders. Review all the month-end deliverables prepared by team members to ensure quality & accuracy before sharing them with the onshore stakeholders. Budgeting & Forecasting: Work closely with the onshore team and provide support as needed for the budgeting and forecasting cycles. Create and maintain financial models, document assumptions to support both short-term and long-term planning efforts. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and drive automation where possible. Stakeholder management: Develop & maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to understand requirements, set expectations, address concerns, and discuss them with the reporting manager and Offshore stakeholders as required. Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis for ad hoc projects and new business initiatives. Respond to all relevant queries from onshore business partners in an accurate and timely manner. Skills and Experience: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in data analytics, mathematics, computer science, finance, economics, or statistics Experience with data analytics, data modeling and segmentation techniques Practical experience in using data analysis tools including Excel, Power BI, MS Fabrics, SQL, Python Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Strong analytical skills & continuous improvement mindset Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and other ERP financial systems. Experience in working cross-functionally and collaboratively in a global organization. At least 7 years of experience in data analytics & support in FP&A reporting Strong in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint advanced skillset) Hands on experience on Oracle PBCS/SAP/Power BI/Data analytics Show more Show less
