Job Description

We are looking for a skilled South Indian Chef to join our team at Ramee Guestline Hotel & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the culinary industry, with a strong background in preparing authentic South Indian dishes.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
Maintain high levels of food quality and presentation standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
