Job Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound inquiries, promptly address client needs, and manage reservations to maximize occupancy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, promoting SID Royale’s offerings for extended stays and corporate retreats.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance corporate bookings and negotiate contracts for extended stays and recurring reservations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on outreach campaigns targeting corporate accounts and support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales or account management experience in similar roles within large hotel chains.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Experience in corporate sales and customer service is highly desirable.
