Job Summary:

We are looking for a Saviynt L3 Engineer with strong expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), specializing in development, operations, application onboarding, and integration. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge to build and maintain Saviynt solutions, resolve complex issues, and integrate enterprise applications in a scalable and secure manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development:

• Design and develop custom workflows, access requests, and approval processes within Saviynt.
• Develop and maintain custom rules, workflows, connectors, and Saviynt REST APIs
• Customize risk-based policies, role models, access request UI, and campaign configurations
• Develop scripts using BeanShell and JavaScript to extend Saviynt functionality.
• Customize dashboards, dynamic attributes, and rule sets (pre-/post-processing, entitlement, ownership).
• Build custom connectors using REST/SOAP APIs for 3rd-party system integration.
• Develop certification campaigns, SOD rules, role mining, and analytics reports.

2. Operations & Support (L3):

• Handle L3-level operational issues, incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution for IAM/Saviynt platform
• Act as the L3 escalation point for Saviynt-related issues.
• Monitor system health and job execution (import/export/account aggregation, etc.).
• Work closely with L1 and L2 teams to train, guide, and document SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvements and feature enhancements on the Saviynt platform
• Optimize workflows, email templates, access request/approval processes
• Automate manual processes using Saviynt scripting and workflows
• Implement upgrades, patches, and test new releases

3. Application Onboarding & Integration:

• Lead onboarding of enterprise and cloud applications into Saviynt IGA.
• Configure and manage OOTB and custom connectors for Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.
• Define and implement account lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning, reconciliation).
• Coordinate with application owners and architects to gather requirements and translate into technical onboarding designs.
• Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement across integrated systems.
• Validate and test end-to-end integrations, including RBAC/ABAC policy mappings and SoD rules.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of IAM experience, with 5+ years working specifically with Saviynt IGA.
• Proven experience in Saviynt application onboarding and connector development.
• Strong scripting knowledge: BeanShell, JavaScript, REST APIs, PowerShell.
• Expertise in Saviynt features: identity lifecycle, role/entitlement management, campaigns, SoD, analytics.
• Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise and cloud applications (Workday, AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP).
• Familiarity with IAM and security principles: RBAC, ABAC, SoD, access reviews, least privilege.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance tuning in production environments.
• Experience working in ITIL-based environments using tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Hands-on with version control, deployment, and CI/CD practices.
