Job Description:
AALion’s Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and motivated Software Developer Freshers to join our growing technical team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about programming, eager to learn modern technologies, and interested in working on real-world industry projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in development, testing, and maintenance of web applications
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with senior developers and project managers
• Debug and resolve technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Learn and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies

Required Skills (Any):

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• React.js and/or Node.js
• HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS
• Basic knowledge of APIs and databases (MongoDB/SQL preferred)
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills

Eligibility:

• Fresh graduates or final-year students
• Degree in Computer Science/IT preferred (not mandatory)
• Passion for software development
• Good communication and teamwork skills
