Role Description We are seeking a Software Engineer for a full-time hybrid role located in Surat, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Software Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems, writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing robust software solutions. You will also contribute to technical decision-making and ensure alignment with the company's vision of creating innovative tools in the hiring space. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and principles Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development Hands-on experience with Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in collaborative teams Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools like Git is a plus Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to learning Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
