Key Responsibilities-
Collaborate with stakeholders & business users, to gather business requirements and understand user needs & key metrics for data analytics platforms, dashboards, and applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Design and implement document automation solutions leveraging generative AI, Large Language Models, and bespoke development.

Integrate application solutions with other systems and applications to ensure seamless workflow

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with various IT processes and systems

Optimize data infrastructure, build data pipelines, and enhance data quality to support efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Partner with senior analysts to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for data visualization and analysis.

Perform data analysis to uncover patterns and insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance optimization.

Workstream management, defining delivery timelines and meeting them.

Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and best practices across different applications and platforms. Stay up-to-date with emerging data visualization trends, technologies and best practices.

Collaborate with senior analysts to design, implement, and optimize user-friendly and responsive UI/UX solutions using front-end technologies, while conducting user research and usability testing.
Qualifications & Experience-
3-5 years of experience as software developer with a focus on data pipelining/ETL, data analytics and automation.

Very good Proficiency in Python and SQL with working knowledge of Tableau. Python full stack developer is preferred.

Experience working with Python libraries like Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib etc.

Functional knowledge or experience in Lifesciences Research and Development domain will be a big plus point.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and decision-making skills.

Ability to work collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders along with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Knowledge & experience on React JS will be a big plus point.

Knowledge of API integration, web services and cloud services will be good to have.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
