About The Role
We are searching for an energetic, self-motivated Software Engineer with strong technical,analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills to work in our National Pen.

As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with multiple teams across the globe and understand the business domain to develop and design software solutions with guidance from senior team members.
What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and product owners globally.
- Help build microservices and web-based applications on AWS.
- Design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions using backend APIs.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Participate actively in design meetings and code reviews.
- Proactively seek guidance from senior team members to navigate complex tasks.
- Work with your team and others to understand what customers need and iterate on solutions.
- Troubleshoot and help resolve software defects and performance issues.
What We Are Looking For In a Candidate

- React.js (hands-on experience with components, props, state management, hooks/class components).
- JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript fundamentals.
- Basic .NET Core exposure or any other backend language.
- REST API integration in React apps.
- SQL basics – writing simple queries (select, join, filter, CRUD).
- Version control (Git/Bitbucket/Azure DevOps) – branching, merging, PRs.
- Problem-solving ability – debugging, writing clean & reusable code.
- Manual Testing: Proficient in manual test case execution, exploratory testing, and regression analysis.
- Defect Management: Experience in logging, tracking, and prioritizing bugs using tools like Jira
- Requirements Analysis: Ability to analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Nice To Have
- Entity Framework Core / LINQ.
- Advanced SQL (stored procedures, optimization).
- Cloud basics (Azure or AWS) – pipelines, deployments, environments.
eCommerce domain exposure.
