Job Description

Role Description

System Administration

Administer and configure NetSuite to ensure optimal performance and system reliability.
Manage user access, roles, permissions, and workflows to maintain a secure environment.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.
Assist with system upgrades and patches, including testing and validation.
Ensure data integrity through proper configuration, auditing, and best practices.

Technical Support Training

Provide day-to-day technical support to users by troubleshooting and resolving NetSuite-related issues.
Act as the primary technical contact for internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries promptly.
Develop and maintain system documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient with NetSuite's features.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in
SuiteScript
(1.0, 2.0 2.1) and
SuiteFlow
.
Experience with NetSuite integrations (Web Services, RESTlets, third-party connectors).
Solid understanding of core NetSuite modules (OTC, Inventory, RMA, Subscriptions, Advanced Revenue).
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and support users.

Nice-to-have skills

NetSuite Administrator Certification.
Experience with
SuiteBundler
for deploying customizations.
Familiarity with
JIRA
,
GitHub
, and
Dell Boomi
.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with
3+ years of experience
in NetSuite administration, and support.
