Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Delivery, Infrastructure, and Product teams to create innovative solutions.
Interact with client technical and business teams to understand workflows and replicate them using existing products.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for client integration issues.
Take ownership of API and telephony integration issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Automate manual operational tasks to enhance efficiency.
Debug systems and calls using logs and traces.
Write efficient code in Python and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Stay updated with new languages and technologies to continuously improve solutions.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in Django and Python development.
Expertise in API integration and RESTful services.
Solid understanding of web frameworks and microservice architecture.
Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with telephony systems and log analysis tools is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
