Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage and automate our cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Linux, and modern DevOps practices. You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and On-Prem environments.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters, containerization (Docker), and orchestration.
Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
Administer Linux systems, including performance tuning, security, and troubleshooting.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications and infrastructure.
Set up monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for proactive system health checks.
Collaborate with development teams on release management and deployment automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployments.

Technical Skills

Proven experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or similar.
Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization best practices.
Strong Linux system administration skills and shell scripting (Bash, Python).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Understanding of security best practices and identity/access management (IAM).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile teams.

Qualifications

Certifications in AWS (AWS Certified Solutions Architect), Azure, Kubernetes, or similar.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
