Role Overview


Social Media Marketing Specialist (Sponsored Campaigns)

advertising campaigns for multiple international travel brands. You’ll be responsible for strategy, execution,

optimisation, and performance reporting of high-budget paid campaigns—ensuring maximum ROI, consistent

brand voice, and measurable business outcomes.

You’ll work closely with creative, SEO, analytics, and sales teams to ensure each campaign directly supports

business growth targets across the UK, Europe, and North America markets.


Key Responsibilities :


Strategy & Planning

Meta (Facebook & Instagram),

TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube

● Develop audience frameworks, funnel-based targeting (awareness, consideration, conversion), and

travel and hospitality sector

● Conduct pre-launch market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and

seasonal trends.

Campaign Management & Optimisation

CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS

● Continuously test ad creatives, placements, and copy variations for performance improvement.

● Implement custom pixel tracking, UTMs, and conversion APIs to ensure data accuracy and

compliance.

● Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across

creatives.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

● Provide actionable weekly and monthly insights—highlighting wins, learning points, and new

opportunities.

● Attribute campaign results to business metrics (bookings, leads, sales pipeline impact) with detailed

reporting on CPA, ROAS, and conversion paths.

● Forecast performance and provide data-driven recommendations for scaling or reallocating budgets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Partner with CRM, SEO, and analytics teams to align campaign goals with organic efforts and landing

page experiences.

● Coordinate with brand and product teams to sync promotional calendars, new destination launches,

and fare campaigns.

● Supervise external media vendors or agencies (if applicable) to ensure campaign alignment and

reporting accuracy.

Innovation & Experimentation

creatives.

● Explore omnichannel remarketing loops and CRM segments for cross-platform continuity.

● Weekly reporting accuracy ≥ 98%; monthly executive dashboards delivered on time.● Document and iterate campaign playbooks for internal reference.

Team & Process Contribution

● Campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

● Collaborate in quarterly brainstorming for creative direction and seasonal campaign planning.

● Contribute to automation workflows (Meta API, Sheets reporting, budget pacing scripts).

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years

● Demonstrated record of improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and achieving target conversions.

● Strong analytical background—fluent in interpreting campaign data, GA4 reports, and attribution

models.
