optimisation, and performance reporting of high-budget paid campaigns—ensuring maximum ROI, consistent

You’ll work closely with creative, SEO, analytics, and sales teams to ensure each campaign directly supports
business growth targets across the UK, Europe, and North America markets.

● Attribute campaign results to business metrics (bookings, leads, sales pipeline impact) with detailed
reporting on CPA, ROAS, and conversion paths.
● Forecast performance and provide data-driven recommendations for scaling or reallocating budgets.
● Partner with CRM, SEO, and analytics teams to align campaign goals with organic efforts and landing
page experiences.
● Coordinate with brand and product teams to sync promotional calendars, new destination launches,
and fare campaigns.
● Supervise external media vendors or agencies (if applicable) to ensure campaign alignment and
reporting accuracy.
● Test new formats such as Reels ads, lead-gen forms, dynamic ads, and destination-based carousel
creatives.
● Explore omnichannel remarketing loops and CRM segments for cross-platform continuity.
● Quarter-on-quarter improvement in CTR (+15%) and conversion rate (+10%).
● Deliver at least one successful campaign scaling test per quarter (2x+ budget with stable ROI).
● 100% compliance with ad policy, brand guidelines, and data governance.
● Weekly reporting accuracy ≥ 98%; monthly executive dashboards delivered on time.● Document and iterate campaign playbooks for internal reference.
● Campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
● Collaborate in quarterly brainstorming for creative direction and seasonal campaign planning.
● Contribute to automation workflows (Meta API, Sheets reporting, budget pacing scripts).
● Demonstrated record of improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and achieving target conversions.
● Strong analytical background—fluent in interpreting campaign data, GA4 reports, and attribution
models.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management for reporting and alignment.
● Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Supermetrics, Meta API scripts).
● Familiarity with AI-based bidding strategies and predictive audience tools.
● Knowledge of programmatic display or YouTube brand campaigns.
● Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications.
