Campaign Management & Optimisation ● End-to-end management of campaign lifecycle— ad creation, audience targeting, bid strategy, A/B testing, and real-time optimisation . ● Optimise CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS , and conversion rates using platform analytics and third-party tools. ● Continuously test ad creatives, placements, and copy variations for performance improvement. ● Implement custom pixel tracking, UTMs, and conversion APIs to ensure data accuracy and compliance. ● Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across creatives. Performance Analysis & Reporting ● Build data dashboards and reports to monitor spend, pacing, and ROI. ● Provide actionable weekly and monthly insights—highlighting wins, learning points, and new opportunities. ● Attribute campaign results to business metrics (bookings, leads, sales pipeline impact) with detailed reporting on CPA, ROAS, and conversion paths. ● Forecast performance and provide data-driven recommendations for scaling or reallocating budgets. Cross-Functional Collaboration ● Partner with CRM, SEO, and analytics teams to align campaign goals with organic efforts and landing page experiences. ● Coordinate with brand and product teams to sync promotional calendars, new destination launches, and fare campaigns. ● Supervise external media vendors or agencies (if applicable) to ensure campaign alignment and reporting accuracy. Innovation & Experimentation ● Stay ahead of emerging ad tech, platform updates, and targeting models ● Test new formats such as Reels ads, lead-gen forms, dynamic ads, and destination-based carousel creatives. ● Explore omnichannel remarketing loops and CRM segments for cross-platform continuity. KRAs & KPIs Campaign ROI & Spend Efficiency ● Maintain ROAS ≥ 4.0 across mature campaigns. ● Keep average CPA within benchmark variance (±10%) of target by channel. ● Maintain budget utilization >95% accuracy per month without overspend. Performance Growth ● Quarter-on-quarter improvement in CTR (+15%) and conversion rate (+10%). ● Increase lead volume and booking conversions via paid media by ≥25% YoY . ● Deliver at least one successful campaign scaling test per quarter (2x+ budget with stable ROI). Operational Excellence ● 100% compliance with ad policy, brand guidelines, and data governance. ● Weekly reporting accuracy ≥ 98%; monthly executive dashboards delivered on time.● Document and iterate campaign playbooks for internal reference. Team & Process Contribution ● Campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance tracking. ● Collaborate in quarterly brainstorming for creative direction and seasonal campaign planning. ● Contribute to automation workflows (Meta API, Sheets reporting, budget pacing scripts). Required Skills & Experience ● 3+ years managing paid social campaigns. ● Proven experience managing an annual ad portfolio ≥ USD 500,000 . ● Demonstrated record of improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and achieving target conversions. ● Strong analytical background—fluent in interpreting campaign data, GA4 reports, and attribution models. ● Expert knowledge of pixel setup, UTM strategy, and custom event tracking . ● Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Looker Studio, and GA4 . ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management for reporting and alignment. ● Experience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce domains is preferred.
