Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Create digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets for optimal ROI
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Content Marketing & SEO

  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and user experience
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies
  • Manage content calendar and editorial workflow
  • Monitor and improve organic search rankings

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging social media content
  • Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries
  • Analyze social media performance and optimize strategies
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns

Paid Advertising & PPC

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC campaigns
  • Optimize ad spend and targeting for maximum conversion rates
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Generate detailed performance reports and insights

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Create automated email sequences and drip campaigns
  • Segment email lists for targeted messaging
  • Monitor email performance metrics and optimize open/click rates
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics
  • Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools for data analysis
  • Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly performance reports
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet targets

Required Qualifications Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful digital marketing campaigns

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot)
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
