Job Title: Social Media Manager

Department: Marketing & Digital Growth
Reporting To: Head of Marketing / CBO
Location: NSP, Pitampura

Job Summary:

The SEO & Social Media Manager will be responsible for driving online visibility, engagement, and lead generation through organic search and social media platforms. This role combines technical SEO expertise with creative social media management to ensure SBS Food Mart’s grocery retail and franchise brand grows digitally and attracts both customers and franchise prospects.

Key Responsibilities:1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Develop and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies for company website, franchise pages, and product listings.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for higher search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research focused on grocery retail, FMCG products, and franchise opportunities.
  • Build backlinks and manage local SEO for store locations.
  • Monitor website traffic, rankings, and conversions using Google Analytics & Search Console.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage all social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Business).
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars: posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
  • Respond to queries, comments, and DMs to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative & design teams for visual content.
  • Drive organic growth & brand presence across platforms.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare SEO and social media performance reports weekly & monthly.
  • Use insights to optimize content, ad spend, and lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor competitors’ SEO rankings and social presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in SEO and social media management (retail/FMCG preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, keyword planning, and local SEO.
  • Good design sense (Canva/Photoshop) for social content creation.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Website traffic growth (organic).
  • Keywords ranked in top 10 positions.
  • Leads generated via SEO + social media.
  • Social media engagement rate & follower growth.
  • Cost per Lead (CPL) & campaign ROI.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
