About The Role
The Social Media & Brand Building Specialist at TMG, will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling the company’s digital presence across multiple platforms. This role focuses on brand visibility, community engagement, thought leadership, and social-led lead generation. The ideal candidate will be both creative and strategic — someone who can craft impactful content, represent the brand authentically, and convert online visibility into meaningful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:-
Social Media Management & Brand Building
- Develop and manage TMG’s social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Podcasts.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (videos, reels, carousels, blogs, podcasts) aligned with brand positioning.
- Build and manage an editorial calendar with consistent messaging and campaigns.
- Track analytics and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Lead Generation Through Social Platforms
- Identify and target potential brand partners through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Build and execute outreach strategies to convert social engagement into client leads.
- Use content as a funnel to attract, nurture, and convert prospective clients.
Influencer & Thought Leadership Role
- Act as a brand advocate and “face” of The Marketplace Guru in the digital ecosystem.
- Build authority by actively networking, engaging in discussions, and creating valuable insights.
- Represent the brand in online events, podcasts, and collaborations.
Content Strategy & Execution
- Research industry trends and design content strategies that position TMG as a trusted thought leader.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create client-centric case studies, success stories, and testimonials.
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)
- Minimum 2 years of experience:
- Social media marketing, digital growth, influencer marketing, or B2B lead generation.
- Experience managing multi-channel content calendars and campaign execution.
- Experience in CRM & Automation: Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Content creation – copywriting, video scripting, reels, podcasts, basic design (Canva/Photoshop)
- Lead generation via LinkedIn & digital platforms (outreach, funnel building)
- Analytics & Reporting: Working knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
Bonus Skills (A Plus For Your Application)
- Understanding of SEO, content optimization, and keyword strategy for organic reach.
- Familiarity with paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
- Experience in community building or online engagement strategies (e.g., groups, forums, Discord/Slack communities).
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Creative storytelling ability to craft compelling narratives and brand stories.
- Exposure to marketing automation workflows and data-driven content strategy.
