GAJAB is building India's most vibrant AI-powered bargaining marketplace - recreating the authentic bazaar experience online. We target tier 2 and tier 3 India, specifically families earning Rs 15-50K monthly, with ambitious goals of reaching 100 Cr GMV through 20 lakh annual orders.


Our mission goes beyond commerce - we preserve India's rich bazaar culture while leveraging cutting-edge AI technology. Your work directly impacts thousands of families across tier 2/3 India, helping them discover, bargain, and buy in familiar yet innovative ways.


We are a 25+ person team operating from Mumbai with a culture built on speed, creativity, and genuine ownership. No corporate bureaucracy, no endless approvals - just ideas, execution, and results.


THE PROBLEM THIS ROLE SOLVES


We have multiple brand pages generating content daily, but no single owner managing day-to-day operations, engagement, and performance tracking end-to-end. We need someone who brings operational excellence to our social media presence across 40-50+ accounts - ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while maintaining quality and consistency at scale.

EXCEPTIONAL VS ACCEPTABLE CANDIDATES


A+ candidates have managed 40-50+ accounts (not just 20-30), built systems from scratch, and come with ready-to-use templates and workflows. They have scaled operations beyond typical social media manager experience. We pay top of range and fast-track these candidates into management.


AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFIERS


Only worked on 1-2 brand pages. Come from large corporate setups with slow processes. Cannot join immediately or need 2+ months notice. Disorganized with no demonstrated systems. Prima donna attitude - want only strategy work. Poor communication skills. No understanding of social media best practices. Need constant hand-holding.
