Social Media Executive

To create, manage, and grow the brand presence of Jaag Medical & Surgicals across Instagram, Facebook, and Google, while driving walk-ins, OTC sales, and enquiries through consistent content and engagement.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Plan monthly content calendar
• Shoot daily clinic & pharmacy content:
• Treatments, machines, procedures
• Doctor videos
• Pharmacy product highlights
• Before-after (with permission)
• Create reels, stories, and posts using Canva/CapCut
• Ensure brand quality and creativity in every post

2. Social Media Management

• Post content daily on Instagram & Facebook
• Respond to comments, DMs, enquiries within 30 minutes
• Manage Google My Business updates & reviews
• Maintain strong engagement and community interaction

3. Performance Marketing

• Run and monitor basic Meta Ads for:
• Walk-ins
• Consultation bookings
• Pharmacy product promotions
• Track daily CPL, leads, budget usage

4. Coordination

• Work closely with doctors, clinic staff, and pharmacy team
• Coordinate with mall marketing team for:
• Events
• Visibility opportunities
• Free promotions
• Help set up mall stalls or kiosks for lead generation

Reporting & Analytics

• Weekly reports on:
• Follower growth
• Engagement
• Reach
• Leads generated
• Walk-ins from social media
• Suggest improvements to increase results

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook
• Good photography / videography skills
• Reels editing (CapCut, VN, or InShot)
• Canva design skills
• Good communication in English + Malayalam
• Creative mindset + attention to detail

Preferred Qualification

• 1–3 years of experience in social media
• Experience in clinic / salon / spa / wellness / retail — added advantage
• Freshers with strong content skills also considered

KPIs

• Consistent posting: 25–30 posts/reels per month
• Leads from ads: 200–300/month
• Increase walk-ins by 10–20%
• Monthly follower growth: 500–2000
• Improve pharmacy OTC sales via content

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
