Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Senior Digital Marketer to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling digital marketing strategies, content creation, content writing, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects.
• Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, email marketing, etc.).
• Create, plan, and execute engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Develop high-quality written content, including blogs, articles, social media posts, and marketing copy.
• Analyze digital marketing performance and generate insightful reports to measure success and identify areas of improvement.
• Manage social media presence, create content calendars, and drive engagement across various platforms.
• Oversee paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content, visuals, and written materials.
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
• Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Maintain strong client communication and handle client feedback efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
• Excellent content creation and content writing skills, with a strong portfolio of published content.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
