Job Description Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: [Add your location or mention if it's a remote role] Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive / BDE with 1-3 years of experience in selling digital marketing services such as podcasts, social media management, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) , and other online marketing solutions. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, client communication, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and the internal team. If you have a passion for digital marketing and a flair for sales, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into clients for digital marketing services. Pitch and sell services like podcast production, social media handling, paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads), etc. Conduct meetings, presentations, and calls with prospective clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure smooth coordination. Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team. Prepare proposals, quotes, and negotiate deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Sales or related field (Master’s is a plus). 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales of digital marketing services. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Client handling and coordination experience is a must. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven attitude. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace. What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
