Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive

You are a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1-3 years of experience in selling digital marketing services such as podcasts, social media management, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and other online marketing solutions. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, client communication, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and the internal team. If you have a passion for digital marketing and a flair for sales, we would love to meet you! Your key responsibilities include generating leads and converting them into clients for digital marketing services, pitching and selling services like podcast production, social media handling, and paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads), conducting meetings, presentations, and calls with prospective clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, quotes, and negotiating deals, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales or related field (Masters is a plus), 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales of digital marketing services, a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends, excellent verbal and written communication skills, client handling and coordination experience, a self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude, proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
