Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: NOIDA

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive / BDE with 1-3 years of experience in selling digital marketing services such as podcasts, social media management, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and other online marketing solutions.

You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, client communication, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and the internal team. If you have a passion for digital marketing and a flair for sales, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into clients for digital marketing services.
• Pitch and sell services like podcast production, social media handling, paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads), etc.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and calls with prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure smooth coordination.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and negotiate deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Sales or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales of digital marketing services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client handling and coordination experience is a must.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
