Seller Acquisition Specialist

Role Summary: We’re looking for experienced Seller Acquisition Executives (3–5 years) to drive on-ground seller growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying high-potential sellers (offline and online), convincing them to join GAJAB, and owning the onboarding journey till they go live on the platform. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target local sellers, manufacturers, and shopkeepers across assigned markets. Pitch GAJAB’s value proposition, highlighting growth potential, ease of onboarding, and revenue benefits. Work closely with internal onboarding and cataloguing teams to ensure smooth seller activation. Own the full seller acquisition cycle: lead generation → onboarding → first sale readiness. Drive weekly and monthly acquisition targets and report performance accurately. Gather market intelligence, seller pain points, and competitor feedback to inform growth strategy. Ideal Candidate Profile: 3–5 years of experience in seller acquisition, preferably with top marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Udaan, JioMart , etc. Proven track record of onboarding sellers and achieving aggressive growth KPIs. Deep understanding of e-commerce seller lifecycle, cataloguing, and seller support processes. Fluent in Hindi + local language (where applicable). Tech-savvy – comfortable using mobile CRM, dashboards, and communication tools. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Street-smart with a go-getter attitude.
