Job Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will spearhead our social media efforts, working to build and maintain our brand’s online presence. This position is critical to driving customer engagement, increasing brand awareness, and supporting overall business objectives. You will create and execute innovative social media campaigns, interact with our online community, and leverage insights to optimize the effectiveness of our social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
- Ideate content tailored for various platforms including You Tube , Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the Brands’ social media channels including Instagram, You tube, Facebook WhatsApp, and others
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and dermatology and premium skincare
- Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams on integrated campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Manage community outreach initiatives through social media channels.
- Develop strategies for crisis management and handle online reputation.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and customer refer preferences.
- Implement SEO best practices to maximize content visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Ads manager, Meta Business suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate.
- Knowledge of current dermatology industry trends.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and continually changing environment.
- Experience in crisis communication and managing online reputation.
- Understanding of compliance and regulations within the healthcare sector.
