Role Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and stakeholders. Attend industry conferences and events to promote the company’s products. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account information. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis. Offer feedback on product development based on client interactions. Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges and strategies. Contribute to a positive team environment through leadership and support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and derma market. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel as required. Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Strong organizational and planning skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. High level of integrity and professionalism. Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
