Role Overview We are looking for a data-driven and creative Social Media Analyst to own, analyze, and optimize our social media performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about social trends, user behavior, and driving engagement through insights. You will play a key role in shaping our digital voice, understanding what works, and advising on how to amplify our reach across platforms. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze social media performance across all key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Leverage CleverTap and other analytics tools to understand customer journeys, engagement trends, and retention impact of social media campaigns. Design and track KPIs for social media content (impressions, CTR, engagement, conversions). Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to provide insights that guide creative decisions. Run competitive analysis and trend tracking to inform social strategies. Develop regular reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations. Support paid social campaign tracking and A/B testing insights. Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and loyalty through digital channels. Requirements 3+ years of proven experience in social media analytics or digital engagement. Proficiency with CleverTap , Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and similar tools. Strong understanding of digital funnel metrics – from awareness to retention. Data-savvy with experience in reporting, insights generation, and storytelling through numbers. Knowledge of current trends, best practices, and platform algorithms. Experience in healthtech, consumer tech, or D2C brands is a plus.
