Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven AI Engineer / Data Scientist with expertise in AI and Machine Learning to join our innovative team. You will design and implement AI algorithms, work on machine learning models, and contribute to the core AI technology that drives our healthcare solutions. Responsible for analyzing large datasets, you'll extract meaningful insights to inform healthcare decisions and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Healthcare Domain Knowledge (Optional):

  While not mandatory, a background in healthcare, medical imaging, or related fields is a valuable asset.

• Strong Analytical Skills:

  A keen analytical mind with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets and a passion for applying AI to solve real-world challenges.

• AI/ML Model Development:

  Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address various business challenges.

• Data Analysis and Preprocessing:

  Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis to ensure data quality and readiness for modeling.

• Feature Engineering:

  Identify and create relevant features to improve model accuracy and performance.

• Model Evaluation and Validation:

  Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validate results through rigorous testing.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Research and Innovation:

  Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and continuously explore new techniques and technologies to enhance our capabilities.

• Documentation:

  Document methodologies, processes, and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

• Team Player:

  Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.

Technical Skills

• Programming Skills:

  Strong proficiency in Python with familiarity in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face. Experience with TensorRT and NVIDIA Triton Server is a plus.

• Model Expertise:

  Extensive experience with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), diffusion models, and transformers, as well as segmentation, object detection, and classification models, including CLIP or similar models.

• Multimodal Proficiency:

  In-depth knowledge and experience with large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.

• Algorithmic Understanding:

  Strong understanding of a wide range of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning techniques.

Experience & Qualifications

• Work Experience:

  Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as AI researcher or similar.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
