AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable

  Machine Learning models

  for real-world applications.
• Work with

  LLMs

  to fine-tune, prompt engineer, and integrate them into business workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers) to define AI use cases and deliver solutions.
  
• Develop efficient

  Python-based pipelines

  for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Write optimized

  SQL queries

  for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Evaluate model performance using statistical and ML metrics; continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in

  AI, ML, and LLM ecosystems

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree

  in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience

  in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Proficiency in

  Python

  (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Strong experience in

  SQL

  and working with relational databases.
• Practical exposure to

  LLMs

  (OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, RAG).
• Strong understanding of

  data structures, algorithms, and ML concepts

  (classification, regression, NLP, recommendation systems).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment (good to have).
  
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with

  MLOps frameworks

  (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Knowledge of

  vector databases

  (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Hands-on experience with

  GenAI applications
