Role Overview We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to craft elegant, intuitive, and scalable design systems for our product and platform experiences. This is a full-time role based in Gurugram, India , suited for creative technologists who thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited by platform-centric design challenges. As part of our Platform Experience Team , you’ll own the end-to-end design lifecycle —from research and strategy to pixel-perfect delivery—across web-based products, admin consoles, dashboards, and SaaS applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the UX strategy for platform features, collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders Translate product requirements into flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences Design and maintain modular, scalable design systems that support enterprise-grade platforms Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design improvements Drive user-centric innovation using customer journeys, personas, empathy maps, and behavioral data Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related discipline 3–5 years of hands-on experience designing enterprise applications or SaaS platforms Expertise in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch Strong grasp of responsive design , accessibility principles (WCAG), and UI patterns for complex systems Good understanding of HTML/CSS , design handoff workflows, and agile methodologies Portfolio demonstrating platform UI , dashboards, or admin tools (not just mobile apps or marketing sites) Preferred Qualifications Experience in data visualization , dashboard UX, or enterprise UX Familiarity with component-based frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and how design translates into code Experience running A/B tests, usability studies, or integrating user feedback at scale Understanding of design tokens , theming, and cross-platform component libraries Core Competencies Strategic Thinking & Platform UX Systems Design & Scalability Design System Ownership Human-Centered Problem Solving Visual Hierarchy & UX Clarity Stakeholder Alignment & Design Advocacy Tools & Platforms Design & Systems: Figma (with Auto Layout, Variants, Tokens), Adobe XD, Sketch Prototyping: Figma Interactive, InVision, Framer UX Research: Maze, UsabilityHub, Dovetail Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Notion Dev Handoff: Zeplin, Figma Inspect, Storybook integration (optional) Why Join TwoSD?
