Key Responsibilities Monitor project progress and performance metrics using JIRA reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
