Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.


The Lead Business Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system/product.


The person will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing the product requirements vis Sprint Planning, Task/Work Management, Topic Discussions, DFD Analysis, Product Understanding, Coordination, BRD&SRS, Tech Analysis with team, Use Case Analysis, Managing QA team and ETA along with deliverables.


Responsibilities:


1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.

2. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

3. Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.

4. Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

5. Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.

6. Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.

7. Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.

8. Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.

9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.


Skills Required:


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency with SQL and database management
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
