Reporting to Lead-Digital Analyst, the Digital Analyst role sits within the Digital Analytics Team and will be responsible for automating and driving efficiencies across all Web Analytics outputs, as well as ensuring the accurate tracking of all digital touchpoints, working across our successful brands, spotting opportunities to improve insight and efficiencies through our digital infrastructure. Deep understanding of web analytics domain and underlying processes, metrics and KPIs. As Digital Analyst, work across multiple brands, to improve data quality, insight, efficiency and revenue through the digital infrastructure. Collaborate effectively with a number of internal as well as externak teams. This role is spread across multiple roles, from capture tracking specifications to create Generate meaningful reports to aid business take decisions to improve the user conversions, provide analytics sign offs to support release deadlines. Google Big Query experience, Reporting and insights generation and a working knowledge of SQL is must for this role. Min. 4-5 years of experience in working in Google Analytics/Adobe analytics, firebase analytics. Good understanding of how Digital analytics setup. Knowledge of various applications used in App analytics, Airship, Appsflyer, etc Execution exeperience A/B testing to improve campaign performance and user experience. Experience in writing medium to complex big queries, experience in SQL, generate reporting and insights. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Test Analyst who must possess a zeal to develop and configure test automation, and consistently seek, and capitalize on all sorts of opportunities to automate test execution thereby adding ultimate value to product stability. Responsibilities : Hands-on experience in Manual and Automation testing. Deep knowledge of automation and manual best practices and industry Standards Solid experience in fullstack web application testing Experience with software testing metrics, Test Planning, Different levels, types and methods of Testing Strong attention to detail and quality, and the ability to direct the team to adopt best practices. Ability to adapt quickly to changes and maintain high team morale and efficiency. Essential Qualifications : 9+ years of QA Engineering and QA automation experience 2+ Years working in DevOps and/or Agile environment Good knowledge of different .net frameworks and Microservices architecture Good knowledge of any programming language (Ideally c#) and experience in automating RESTFUL APIs and Web UIs. Good understanding of database querying using SQL Server. Experience in BDD using Specflow/Cucumber Experience in Web Application Testing, and System Integration Testing. Good Experience with Release Process Management for E-COM , Octopus and New Route to Live releases. Prior experience working with the UK or other regions such as North America/EMEA/APAC. Good analysis and troubleshooting skills. Experience working with the following: CI/CD, BDD, Agile/SCRUM/Kanban methodologies Maintain and develop pertinent operational statistics, and results reporting Support and contribute to Business Development initiatives Research escalated issues to deliver coaching opportunities Perform other duties as assigned Nice to Have: Prior experience with Azure or any other cloud platforms, TFS , Octopus is a plus.
