Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities across multiple projects.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with product owners, business teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Conduct workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and gap analysis.
Support solution design, testing, and UAT sign-off.
Mentor junior BAs and ensure quality of deliverables.
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams.

Required Skills

Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to lead discussions, manage dependencies, and drive consensus.

Preferred

Domain knowledge in Real Estate sector.
Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
Experience in leading small teams or mentoring peers.
