Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring such as

    Java, .Net, Cloud, AI

    ,

    Cybersecurity, Cloud

    etc needs and role requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Experience hiring senior folks for

    Leadership Hiring/Executive Hiring/Senior Manager / AVP/ AD/ Director

    level & above.
  • Experience of hiring for

    India, ME & USA

    .
  • Excellent Communication skills and person who comes with good maturity to talk to senior candidates.
  • Strong experience of sourcing on Linkedin and other unconventional channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and closure
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams and candidates
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in the ATS/Tool
  • Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in tech recruiting


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Familiarity with various tech stacks, roles, and engineering functions
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring for startups or service-based companies
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Someone who has done a lot of work in hiring at senior level - mostly above Director level.

  • Person should have experience in India, US & ME region hiring.
