Senior Recruiter Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate, technical, and operational functions within the Mining & Metals industry.
• Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for specialized roles, including engineering, geology, operations, HSE, and executive positions.
• Manage employer branding initiatives to position the company as an industry employer of choice.
• Utilize data-driven recruitment metrics and reporting to enhance process efficiency and hiring quality.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and diversity & inclusion standards.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters to strengthen overall team capability.
• Maintain strong networks within the mining, engineering, and industrial sectors to proactively identify talent.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• MBA

  in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 15+ years

  of progressive recruitment experience, including

  7+ years

  in Mining & Metals.
• Proven expertise in high-volume, technical, and executive-level recruitment.
• Deep understanding of mining operations, project environments, and industrial workforce requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in

  Boolean search

  techniques.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
