You will not only manage recruitment; you will drive workforce planning, leadership hiring, and long-term talent pipeline development for critical mining operations and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, technical, and niche roles across mining operations, metallurgy, engineering, HSE, and site management. Build and manage long-term talent pipelines for underground and open-cast mining, mineral processing, smelting, and metal production. Act as a strategic talent partner to Site HR, Operations Heads, Functional Leaders, and Corporate HR. Drive compensation benchmarking, offer structuring, and negotiation while maintaining internal equity. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using advanced tools, mining-specific networks, and market intelligence. Strengthen employer branding through targeted industry campaigns, events, and campus interactions. Utilize recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency, reduce TAT, and enhance candidate experience. Support annual and project-based manpower planning, including expansion and greenfield/brownfield hiring requirements. Key Skills & Requirements 15+ years of overall Talent Acquisition experience , with minimum 5 years in Mining & Metals (mandatory). Strong understanding of mining operations including open-cast/underground mining, mineral beneficiation, metallurgy, smelting, and HSE standards. Proven success in hiring hard-to-find technical roles and senior leadership profiles. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence decision-making at senior levels. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, job portals, and advanced sourcing methods.
