Role Overview

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for site and office roles.

• Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

• HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems accurately.

• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, expatriate regulations, and company policies.
• Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance (pensions, tax, etc.).

• Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

• Support employee welfare, engagement initiatives, and performance management processes.

• Training & Development

• Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.

• Assist in identifying skill gaps and supporting career development initiatives.

• General Administration

• Assist expatriates with documentation and work permits.

• Support HR reporting, MIS, and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in

  metals, mining, or heavy industry sectors

  .
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
